How 2 reduce worry and anxiety in a healthy way?

Of course, in our daily lives, we'll have mix feelings of almost all the things or situations around us and worry and anxiety are not excluded in this case. But, the problem is, how do we want to reduce worry and anxiety in a healthy way? Many people just take for granted of this matter, but if we fail to manage these kind of feelings properly and wisely, it can make us stressed out and depressed eventually.
So, the solution to this problem is firstly, we can make exercise as a daily routine or at least, weekly. This way can release our tension by playing games or sports without us worry about other things that happen around us. As the saying goes, 'No play and work make Jack a dull boy'. This means that one has to relax and find another activity that can release their tension rather than sitting in the office and doing work 24/7. Plus, by doing exercise, it can also make you physically healthy.
Secondly, don't think about the problems that you are having too much as this will just make u become more worry and anxiety. Just think about other things that can make you happy and forget the flaws for a while. When you are really in a good and stable condition, then you can think about the problems that you are having and solve it wisely without any stress. Basically, be calm and stay steady when you're facing with difficult situations.
Next, hang out with friends or family or whoever that can make you happy. You can share your problems with the people that you trust the most without worrying about anything. You can hang out at Starbucks, mall or even at mamak stalls. It doesn't cost you anything. Just a cup of coffee and some laughs. This way will reduce your worry and anxiety of something effectively.
Last but not least, spend your time by doing your hobbies or activities that you love the most. For instance, if you love shopping, then go for it! For some people, it's the best therapy for them to get out of their obstacles. It is believed that eating is also one of the best ways to forget things that being bottled up in their minds. Other than that, you can also travel to some interesting places, or do activities that involve water like scuba diving, snorkling or swimming.
So, there are many healthy ways that you can do in order to reduce worry and anxiety in your life. Don't really think about rubbish that can destroy your life. Life is short and meaningful. Live life to the fullest and appreciate it while you still can. Life only comes once in a lifetime, so enjoy!!

Let's Get It Started!

In here...And the bass keep running, running and running, running and Assalamualaikum! This is our first post on this blog and of course, we would like to introduce ourselves...But, before that...here's the story of how we could get involved with this blogging thingy...Basically,our English lecturer, Miss Maryam Hamzah has asked us to form a group of 4 to create a blog since we actually have 4.5 credit hours this for sem (sem 2)...But we use 4 hours to study in the class and the rest 0.5 hours we spend it to write a blog...Our group consists of Alif Afif, Hariz Shah, Hatem Zakaria and Syazwan Razid and not to forget Wan Abdullah Shahir and for your FYI, we're single and available!
